A Typical Day in the Infant Room
Infants thrive on gentle, predictable routines. Our schedule flexes around each baby's natural rhythm while providing structure and calm.
Arrival & Warm Welcome
7:00 AM – 9:00 AMInfants are greeted by their primary caregiver. Health check, parent-to-caregiver handoff notes, and morning feeding begin.
Sensory & Tummy Time Play
9:00 AM – 10:30 AMSupervised floor play with age-appropriate toys, mirrors, soft blocks, and caregiver-led interactive exploration.
Nap Time
10:30 AM – 12:00 PMInfants sleep on individualized schedules in safe-sleep approved cribs. Caregivers monitor closely and document each rest period.
Feeding & Bonding
12:00 PM – 1:00 PMBottle feeding per parent instructions. Gentle burping, cuddling, and one-on-one attention strengthen caregiver-infant bonds.
Music, Movement & Rest Cycle
1:00 PM – 3:00 PMSoft music, gentle movement activities, reading aloud, and another nap cycle based on each infant's individual needs.
Afternoon Activities & Pickup
3:00 PM – 6:00 PMAfternoon feeding, play, and gentle winding down. Daily report prepared and shared with parents at pickup.
